Pharmacy enrollment steps
Feel proud—being admitted into a competitive professional program is a significant life step. Celebrate all you’ve accomplished up to this moment and know that we are delighted that you chose St. Louis College of Pharmacy at UHSP for your pharmacy degree.
Submit Your Intent to Enroll
The first step after you’ve been admitted to the pharmacy program is to save your seat in the fall class by submitting your intent to enroll form.
Once submitted, you’ll be able to complete remaining tasks like ordering your white coat, submitting immunizations and registering for parking (optional).
Next Steps to Enrollment
SUBMIT FINAL TRANSCRIPTS
Final transcripts are required to finalize your enrollment in the pharmacy program as your admittance is contingent upon successful completion of all required prerequisite coursework.
Official transcripts for spring semester prerequisites are due by June 1, and transcripts for summer prerequisite courses are due by Aug. 1.
ACTIVATE YOUR UNIVERSITY EMAIL
Your UHSP email will be the primary place that faculty, staff and fellow students will communicate with you. Follow the email activation instructions to activate your account. You’ll also use these credentials to access campus platforms like the online learning portal and certain library resources.
COMPLETE YOUR FAFSA
Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine your eligibility for financial aid. Be sure to include UHSP’s school code 002504 when you apply.
The application is scheduled to open in December and the submission deadline is June 1. Once we receive your FAFSA information, we will compile a financial aid package that’s customized for you.
ORDER YOUR WHITE COAT
In preparation for the White Coat Ceremony, you will need to submit your White Coat order form indicating your coat size and other details necessary for placing the order.
You’ll receive additional details on white coat pick up and event logistics over the summer.
SUBMIT IMMUNIZATIONS AND HEALTH SCREENINGS
Certain immunization and health screenings are required for students entering the Doctor of Pharmacy program in order to be compliant for pharmacy rotations.
Some requirements will need completed PRIOR to starting classes for the fall semester, while others will be completed when you arrive or during your first semester. Specifics can be viewed in the P1 Requirements Chart.
SUBMIT ID BADGE PHOTO
When you get to campus, you’ll be issued a UHSP ID badge. This will serve as your University identification during your time at the University.
We ask that you submit a photo to be used for your ID Badge, so we can have it ready for you when you arrive. An email will be shared over the summer with instructions on how to submit your ID photo.
Note: you will need to activate your UHSP email before you can submit your ID photo.
SUBMIT PHOTO RELEASE FORM
It is common for the University to document activities, events and life on campus as well as share the unique stories and perspectives of students, faculty and staff. As a new member of the campus community, you’ll be asked to complete a photo release form granting the University right to use, reproduce or publish these images, testimonials or biographical information in ways it deems appropriate.
Note: you will need to activate your UHSP email before you can submit your photo release form.
REGISTER FOR PARKING (OPTIONAL)
Incoming students who wish to park on campus can choose from three options:
○ UHSP Main Garage: Located on the south side of the UHSP campus.
○ Duncan Central Garage: Located one block east of campus.
○ 1234 South Kingshighway Lot: This lot is located 1 mile south of campus and offers a dedicated shuttle to and from campus at no charge.
Information on parking costs can be found on the Pharm.D. tuition and fees page. Parking registration opens in late-spring, early-summer.

Note: you will need to activate your UHSP email before you can apply for housing.
