Technology transfer defines the process by which innovations are turned into products and commercialized. 

Technology transfer protects intellectual property associated with innovations so they can be licensed and commercialized – helping to change the world one discovery at a time. 

UHSP’s Office of Technology Transfer is responsible for innovation management, corporate engagement, and the protection and licensing of the University’s inventions to companies.
